Bosma: Press Release for Solar Eclipse

Enjoying the solar eclipse in its 2024 path of totality was an incredible experience, so how do those with blindness or visual impairments experience an eclipse? Between research and creativity, I drafted a press release on behalf of the Bosma Center for Visionary Solutions to identify solar eclipse resources and events for those who may require alternatives.

Ocean Prime: IndyMonthly Feature

Featured in both the physical and digital editions of the Indianapolis Monthly April magazine, Ocean Prime's crab cakes scored a huge hit! This coverage was months in the making and I was very excited to see the earned coverage hit shelves (and screens)!

Archdiocese of Indianapolis: Brand Audit

A new client to Hirons, the Archdiocese of Indianapolis was seeking an entirely new perspective. I was able to research and audit all of their existing communications channels, as well as all of the Archdiocese's subsidieries to identify branding challenges.

Bosma: Carrie's Story Feature Article

Carrie Turpen is a spokeswoman for Bosma, and sitting down to write her story was incredible. A testament to Carrie's bravery and Bosma's incredible support, I was so grateful to write a feature article on Carrie for Bosma's newsletter and magazine.

Ocean Prime: WXIN-IN Segment

Securing coverage on IndyNow (WXIN-IN) was an exciting opportunity! Having worked on the pitch, media list and broadcast outline for this segment, it was great to see the earned coverage go live.

Ocean Prime: Life.Style.Live Television Segment Outline

Being prepared never hurts, as seen in this Ocean Prime television segment outline. With two promos running nearly concurrently, Valentine's Day and the Uncle Nearest Whiskey cocktail for Black History Month, I made two segment outlines for the earned Life.Style.Live coverage. When the resturant's chef ended up sick the morning of filming, we were able to immediately pivot and feature the general manager crafting the Black History Month cocktail!

Blended Health: Client Kickoff & Discovery Meeting

Blended Health, formerly Connections Wellness Group, came to Hirons for a big kickoff and discovery session for Public Relations & Thought Leadership. I was excited to prepare the agenda, presentation deck and assist at the client meeting.

Indianapolis Indians: Influencer Marketing

Working with influencers via Klear to promote the Indianapolis Indians baseball team was a fun experience. From negotiation contracts to maintaining communication between the brand and the influencers, it was a great project! This is a sample of a "Know Before You Go" brief I created for the May 4th game's influencer.

Blended Health: Patient Letter

Connections Wellness Group was rebranding to Blended Health, and patients were ready to be notified about the changes to the organization in charge of their care. With this change came a patient letter explaining the changes and the impact on patients' care.
